We offer two individual cottages, available for short or long stays, whether you are on holidays or working in the area we are ready to welcome you and look after your every need. Each cottage is unique and is situated on Coragulac House Estate offering 140 acres of pristine western district farmland.
Each cottage is fully self contained and private giving you your own space, with Air conditioning, heating panels, electric blankets on all beds, fully equipped kitchens, two bedrooms separate bathrooms and separate living and dining rooms. The cottages also have laundry facilities, we supply all crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen and towels, the kitchens are equipped with all the basic essentials for cooking, you only need to bring your own food and beverages.
Guests are welcome to explore the gardens surrounding the Homestead and walking trails to enjoy the many sites and wildlife in the area. The Homestead and Cottages are situated at the foot of Red Rock Scenic Lookout with direct access to the lookout from the property, 360 degree views of the entire area with Corangamite Lake through to the Otway Ranges and stunning sunsets from Red Rock vantage point.
You will never see clearer nights skies with stunning views of the milky way.

Located in the South Wing of Coragulac House, built in 1901 to accommodate the house maids, now fully refurbished, this beautifully appointed and private apartment within the homestead offers luxury the servants could have only dreamed of.
Overnight accommodation including 2 queen bedrooms, separate bathroom featuring a queens slipper claw foot bath with separate walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities with separate living and dining area.

Built as a field station in the 1950's by Monash University now offering a unique accommodation experience.
Overnight accommodation in your own private cottage including 1 queen bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, separate shower and wash room, living area with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen and dining room
Sleeps up to 6 guests (1 Queen bed, 2 Single beds and a double sofa bed)
Includes a washing machine and drying rack with air-conditioning and heating panels in all rooms and electric blankets on all beds. Pet are also welcome in Monash Cottage for an additional cost of $30.00 per pet per stay

Guests who book accommodation in one of our cottages through our website can access private guided tours of the Homestead, simply click on "Book directly" button and tick the Homestead tour box when completing your reservation, we will meet you when you arrive and discuss the most suitable time for your tour, tours are available from $20.00 per person.
Coragulac House Location
Coragulac House is located 12 Kms West of Colac, we are centrally located to to all the major attractions on the Great Ocean Road, most attractions being within a 1 hour drive of the Estate in each direction. Guest have stayed with us and explored the Great Ocean Road taking day trips to the many sites the Great Ocean Road has to offer.
We are also within a 1 hour drive to Geelong or Ballarat, with Melbourne CBD within 1.5 hours
